The Annual General Meeting for this year is to be held on Friday 31st July 2020 at 7.00 pm at the Club premises. Should this meeting not be concluded by 9.30 pm, it will continue on Sunday 2nd August 2020 at 10.00 am.
All those who wish to propose an amendment to the Statute are requested to do so by not later than Friday, 3rd July 2020. The AGM Agenda, together with any resolutions or alterations to the Club’s Statute will be sent to those Members eligible to attend two weeks prior to the date of the AGM. The quorum required as per statute to start the meeting is 1 member in 10 as at 31st May 2020. If the quorum is not reached by 7.00 pm, the meeting will start 15 minutes later with those members present.
It is very important to remember that each member is obliged to bring the membership card with him/her in order to be able to attend and participate in this meeting. No committee election will be held this year. We urge you to attend.
