IMPORTANT NOTICE: MUSC Malta Christmas Party 2021

The Members’ Christmas party will be held at MUSC Malta on the 17th December from 7pm.

In view of current situation and restrictions, we are asking all members who would like to attend the party to send an SMS on 79468212 or email [email protected] writing down your name and membership number by not later than Sunday 12th December. If a member would like to bring a guest, tickets will be available for sale from the Club till Sunday 12th December. Please buy tickets on Saturday 11th before the next Premier League game or Sunday morning from 10am till noon. A member will only be entitled to buy a ticket for 1 guest.

Members who have been invited for the 25 Consecutive Years Members award will have precedence, hence they are all gently invited to advise as soon as possible if they will be attending or not.

On Monday 13th December, the Committee will check the number of members who registered their interest to come. If the number exceeds the limit of people that we are entitled to allow in the Club, we have no other option but to do a draw and members who will register their interest to attend will be informed whether they can attend or not. If we have to do the draw, those members who already bought a guest ticket will be reimbursed if their name will not be drawn in the draw. Draw will take place on Tuesday before the Brentford vs Man Utd game.

At the door entrance on the day of the party, members are asked to present the following, otherwise access will not be allowed:

  • Membership Card for season 2021-2022
  • Proof of Vaccination certificate

Guests are to bring the guest ticket.

It is very important that members and guests who will be attending the party bring with them a face mask.

Members attending will all be seated and waiter service for drinks shall be provided. Service at the bar will not available or permitted.

The Committee regrets the fact that we have to organise this annual event in this way but we have no other option given the circumstances and restrictions.
