Manchester United Women will be visiting Malta for a week in January 2023 to participate in a winter training camp. They will then be playing a mid-season friendly against Maltese First Division champions Birkirkara FC.
This Malta training camp in the first week of the new year is an opportunity to further enhance team spirit before a busy second half of the season, while enjoying Malta’s cultural experience, as part of the agreement with Visit Malta as Official Destination Partner.
Manchester United Women will play against local side Birkirkara FC at Hibernians Stadium on the 6th January. Complimentary tickets to the match have been provided by Visit Malta.
A Meet & Greet and Q&A with some of the Manchester United Women team including Manager Marc Skinner & Team Captain Katie Zelem is being organized at the Manchester United Supporters’ Club in Msida on Thursday 5th January between 3pm and 5pm. Entrance to this event is free. If you have female siblings who play football feel free to bring them with you.
