Annual General Meeting 2022

The Annual General Meeting is going to be held on Friday 22nd July 2022 at the Club premises in Msida starting at 18:45. Should this meeting not be concluded by 21:30, it will continue on Sunday 24th July morning at 9:45.

The agenda for the meeting is the following:

a) Reading and Approval of last year’s AGM minutes;

b) Speech by the President;

c) Financial Report;

d) Presentation of Audited Accounts;

e) Appointment or Confirmation of Auditors for next year;

f) The future of the Echoes Magazine;

g) Amendments, additions or new propositions to the Statute (see next page);

h) Approval of Patron, Honorary Presidents and Honorary Members;

i) Other matters

The quorum required, as per Statute, to start the meeting is 1 member in 10 as on 31st May 2022. If the quorum is not reached by 18:45, the meeting will start 15 minutes late, at 19:00. It is imperative to remember that each member is obliged to bring the membership card to participate in the meeting.

8. The membership fee is split into the following categories:

• Junior Member (0-12 years);
• Youth Member (13-15 years);
• Adult Member (16-65 years);
• Senior Member (66 years and over);
• Life Member;
• Family Member (2 adults and children under 15 years);
• Overseas Member;
• International Member.
